When we received the sample fee we will communicate with our own factory about the details.
When the sample ready and check completely with customer requirement, we will take sample photos packing the sample and put a sample list on the outer of carton.

We accept as low as approx. 25 pieces per style (mix sizes) for single solid color styles and for printed / embroidered / denims our minimum is 100 pcs per style (mix sizes).
However the best can be advised once we study your design details. Considering the various aspect of a design, the minimum keeps increasing / decreasing.
If we have available fabric or similar samples, we can send sample for free. If you have new pattern to develop, we just collect the cost of sample mock up. And the shipping cost is at your expense. Sample cost would be refunded from the bulk production.
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free or few fee for special ones. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
2-7 days for sample and 10-30 days for mass production; Quantity arranged from 1,000 pcs to 10,000 pcs is about 30 days. If over 10,000pcs, it would probably 45 -60 days.

Quality is our priority, we would do pre-production confirmation like check the fabric, acceossies and sizes and patterns of printing and embroidery, preproduction physical samples sent for approval .
1.Before production, our QA would give instruction to factory or workshop to pay attention some key points of this order;
2.Then we would do bulk proudction on-line inspection to gurantee the 1ST bulk production product is qualified;
3.Finally, when bulk production finish, we would do our innerside QC inspection to do a formal inspeciton report and if needed, we also can send bulk production samples to you for final confirmation before shipment.
